- Profiled euscan to improve performance, currently even euscan --help |

is quite slow due to imports |

- A user can watch/unwatch categories, packages, maintainers, herds and |

- Added a dashboard for the user that shows the current status of the |

watched packages |

- Added tests for the user dashboard |
