Hi all,

I just submitted our organization application, which was awfully similar 
to what you've already seen on the wiki. We will hear back on March 18, 
which is next Wednesday.

While I was at it, I updated www.gentoo.org/proj/en/userrel/soc/ and 
enhanced the top of the wiki's ideas page to have more of an intro to 
GSoC in Gentoo.
