1 press Stop+N when/while you power up the machine
2 and see what happens (you may also try stop+D)

4 The reason your sparc takes so long to boot is probably because the
5 default behavior is to do a complete POST (power-on-self-test) when
6 powered on. you should get yourself a handbook on "open boot".
