Dec 3 08:51:44 Out of Memory: Killed ....
I'm still able to VC switch: I had logged into vc/2 and checked my uptime:
08:54:12 up 12min, 2 users, load average: 508.27, 378.90, 185.32
Dec 3 08:58:26 apache: page allocation failure. order:0, mode:0x1d2
Call trace:

This uptime took about 10 minutes to run:
09:09:40 up 31min, 2 users, load average: 916.69, 879.90, 704.82
results? Seems to be slightly more stable than 2.6.6, in terms of
the memory killer, but it's hard to tell.
