Yes I noticed it. Becuase sloccount is an purely console tool written in 
standard language, I don't expect any trouble if I run it on sparc, so I 
guess this is simple a mistake, or the ebuild maker doesn't test it 
anyway. Currently I don't know how to tag or report this bug. I'll read 
a bit the gentoo handbook to learn to contact those who is responsible.
