dostrow and I were talking a bit today about beginning the annual IRS tax |

filing (form 990).. |

as it turns out, we don't need to file if our gross revenue is under $25,000 |

[1]. Currently we are still under $10,000 so we should be okay. |

I imagine that next year we may push $25k or more, so filing may be an issue |

then. |
