I suspect that we'll use the normal method: whoever fails to say "no" fast
enough gets the position.  As for the responsibilities, we probably need
to get those into the bylaws.

Okay, we have a couple of items that cannot wait:

Tax filing -- we probably need to file by the end of the month.
Copyright assignment forms -- also an end-of-the-month deadline

I sent drobbins a copy of the modified transfer form for the signed
copyright assignment forms, but I haven't heard back from him.  I'm not
sure, but I think he's in the midst of moving, so I'll try contacting
him again.

As for the tax issue, we need a volunteer who's good at that sort of
thing, as I'm certainly not.

Also, I'd like to ask dostrow to look into what's involved into moving
the foundation to a location that doesn't require residency?
