As many of you know, Kurt and I are on not-so-good terms due to the |

inappropriate mail that I sent to this list a couple of months ago. |

The -trustees list was the wrong forum for me to express my concerns. I |

apologize to Kurt and the rest of you for sending that mail as it was |
| 7 |
rash and un-called for. Hopefully, Kurt and I can begin to work together |
| 8 |
again on at least a professional level. |
