20 The only part that I am concerned about is the clause about "Sponsor
21 Members". I am not sure if I like the idea of a sponsor being able to
22 buy themselves onto the board. Perhaps I am interpreting it wrong, but I
23 can see this as something which could harm us down the line (conflicts
24 of interest, etc). Would it be possible to remove this section and just
25 leave membership at two classes?
