Well, for really commercial purposes I don't think we should allow it before
having consulted with Daniel, who currently runs the official shop. For
non-profits or user groups I don't see many problems, but I would like to be
able to approve on a case by case basis (also to ensure the non-commmercial
nature).

If the nature is semi-commercial I think we should also require a percentage
of the price to flow back to the foundation (Yes, we need that bank account).

For the "other logo" option, it depends for me. If it is a group that is
clearly only about gentoo and non-profit, I wouldn't mind for the G to be
quite prominent (for example a G with around it something like "Gentoo User
Group The Netherlands").

In any case I think it is best that we know the price and contents of every
produced t-shirt (or other similar item).
