| 3 | It looks like the lawyers went ahead and replied to the USP&TO anyway, so |
| 4 | the trademark process continues. However, I expect the logo to be rejected |
| 5 | again as they just submitted another version that seems to violate the clear |
| 6 | request of the USP&TO. Maybe we'll get lucky. |
