I had lilo refresh my memory on what I was talking about earlier in reguards to c3 status, and here's what he said.

			      11:10 (->lilo) some are talking about filing for c3, I'm trying to avoid that
			      11:10 <~lilo> you want to concentrate on little donations if you're small
			      11:11 <~lilo> you definitely can't get large corporate contributions without
			                causing problems

If we accept large donations, we're going to hurt ourselves  very badly if we go with c3 status. If we're a c6, we don't have to worry about that.
