12 The net result of the previous discussion was that there was general
13 support for the proposal, albeit with some minor quibbling about the
14 actual amount, and then klieber complicated things by mentioning that he
15 had a dual opteron that he could contribute at no charge. (Your
16 original proposal didn't mention that AMD had donated equipment, I don't
17 believe, so it wasn't clear that you needed money more than another
18 machine.)
