Sorry.  There was some discussion about it (on the wrong list, darn
it!), and then it got dropped on the floor as attention shifted to
the transfer stuff.  *wince*   Sorry about that.

The net result of the previous discussion was that there was general
support for the proposal, albeit with some minor quibbling about the
actual amount, and then klieber complicated things by mentioning that he
had a dual opteron that he could contribute at no charge.  (Your
original proposal didn't mention that AMD had donated equipment, I don't
believe, so it wasn't clear that you needed money more than another
machine.)

Again, I apologize for not getting back to you about this.  I'm going to
CC -trustees so that we can get things back on track.

Would these new boxes also be housed at OSU/OSL?
