9 yeah, I guess that would work just as well as making a photocopy of it, since
10 the paper copy wouldn't be an original anyway.. That works for me, and
11 saves you some postage!

13 As for the trustees, we are going to need a postal point of contact for things
14 coming into the organization as a whole, and a point of safe keeping for
15 documents such as the original application. I think that this would go
16 tightly with whoever handles the treasury records (Quickbooks type stuff),
17 especially considering that once things start rolling, much of the mail will
18 be finance-related. Kurt is already working on the bank account (re: the
19 TODO list) and already has a copy of quickbooks for this purpose. For now I
20 suggest that we go ahead and make that a point of contact for postal stuff.
21 Eventually, a safe deposit box at a bank for all of the important papers
22 would be appropriate.
