yeah, I guess that would work just as well as making a photocopy of it, since 
the paper copy wouldn't be an original anyway..   That works for me, and 
saves you some postage!

As for the trustees, we are going to need a postal point of contact for things 
coming into the organization as a whole, and a point of safe keeping for 
documents such as the original application.  I think that this would go 
tightly with whoever handles the treasury records (Quickbooks type stuff), 
especially considering that once things start rolling, much of the mail will 
be finance-related.  Kurt is already working on the bank account (re: the 
TODO list) and already has a copy of quickbooks for this purpose.  For now I 
suggest that we go ahead and make that a point of contact for postal stuff.  
Eventually, a safe deposit box at a bank for all of the important papers 
would be appropriate.
