1 Bah.. I can't pull up the paperwork right now because my browser keeps dying,
2 but I don't remember a specific 501(c)(6) filing as part of the signed deal.
3 If it was, then we may be missing a part of the paperwork that was filed.
4 Nonetheless, as you have read in previous -trustee e-mails, we can do a 501
5 (c)(6) with a 501(c)(3) subsidiary down the road. I don't know what you
6 have against this as it would only be beneficiary to Gentoo.

14 Again, this has been resolved in a thread weeks ago, so I don't see why it
15 needs to be rehashed. The threat of punishment of our actions by changing
16 your end of the deal is very unprofessional in my opinion. Is this going to
17 extend to every trustees decision? If that possibility exists, maybe we need
18 to take a closer look at the "agreed-upon plan".
