I'm still up for the filling out the 501(c)(6) paperwork, but one of |

those things we need are the bylaws.. I think I could handle it all |

but that. I imagine the bylaws will need input from everyone. It |

wouldn't hurt there to look off of some other projects and similar NFP's. |
