Sorry for my late response on all of this, I've spent the last several
days with almost no internet access.
I've taken care of the irc channels.
gentoo-sparc went to weeve because he is the sparc lead (I think that
channels should go to leads if possible)
gentoo-ppc went to pvdaveel because he is ppc lead
gentoo-qa went to spanky since he co-leads qa with mr_bones
gentoo I went ahead and gave to kurt for now because he seemed like the
most logical person for it.
gentoo-dev I gave to myself since it's generally devrel who plays with
the access list for it.
If there's any questions about theese, let me know.
