The reason that I chose not to contact devrel first was because this |

dispute is between two trustees; of course, if devrel is the course of |
| 16 |
action that needs to be taken to help Kurt and I resolve differences in |

a constructive way, that is what I will do. |

The goal of my first e-mail was not to bog down the rest of you with |

personal problems, but rather to inform you. Since we are all working |
| 21 |
together it is advantageous for us to be aware of disputes between |
| 22 |
trustees, especially when it is inhibiting the progress of a project. In |

order for us all to make a cohesive team we must communicate. |
