Sorry for being out of touch -- having continued DSL tcp/ip corruption
problems and I'm in the middle of switching ISPs.
The current status of the NFP is that the paperwork has been delivered to
Santa Fe, but Santa Fe doesn't have an official status on it yet. It is
likely sitting on someone's desk waiting to be processed. My lawyer will
call them tomorrow and see if the status has changed.
If you guys have any questions about NFP status, you can call my lawyer
Wayne Chew at (505) 842-6363. He'd be happy to keep you posted on its status
as well.
