Well, the proposed bylaws regulate this: |
9 |
|
10 |
Section 6.1. Officers. The officers of the foundation shall consist of a |
11 |
President, a Secretary and a Treasurer, each of whom shall be elected by |
12 |
the Board of Trustees. A Chairman of the Board, one or more Vice Chairmen, |
13 |
one or more Vice Presidents, and such other officers and assistant |
14 |
officers and agents as may be deemed necessary may be elected or appointed |
15 |
by the Board of Trustees from time to time. Any two (2) or more offices |
16 |
may be held by the same person, except the offices of President and |
17 |
Secretary. |
18 |
|
19 |
Second, I would personally like to see all trustees elected first and then |
20 |
decide amongst themselves who takes what position rather than having the |
21 |
election process dictate what position is taken where. |
22 |
|
23 |
I don't feel that we should force positions to trustees that have already |
24 |
served as a trustee for a year although that *would* be the best idea (as |
25 |
they're more known to the way things work). Enforcement would mean that we |
26 |
might not really 100% implement the voting results if by any chance all |
27 |
current trustees are voted out. |
