As you can see from the mail we received, we are asked to answer in behalf
of the Gentoo project wrt the software patent issue.

Personally, I am not that confident this is the Foundation his job.
We are here to offer financial support for the project, govern the adherence
to the social contract and provide juridical support if needed.

This should go to the council once elected.
