1 My legalese is a little rusty, so I can't comment on the wording yet.
2 However, in principle I'm not completely against commercial affairs
3 using the G logo. My concern is actually more of indemnity in such
4 situations. Provided Gentoo is not implicated in anything to do with
5 that commercial entity, I don't mind them using it. So if such-and-such
6 hosting is a front for cocaine distribution, and they use postgresql on
7 gentoo and have our G logo on their fake website, then yeah we don't
8 need to be involved in a lawsuit and/or other things.

10 So provided their warranties clearly indicate that Gentoo is clear of
11 responsibility, then I'm ok with it.
