[Redacted; Questions we would want to ask lawyers:]

-Copyright transfer agreement from Daniel Robbins to the Gentoo
Foundation. Daniel was the original founder of Gentoo Linux and still
retains some copyrights, such as the Gentoo name, images, and other
Gentoo IP. We would like to create a document that would allow Daniel to
transfer all copyrights over to the foundation but still allow him to
use the Gentoo name and images for the Gentoo store which he still
oversees.

-Legal guidance on achieving 501(c)(3) charitable status for the
foundation.

-Legal guidance on setting up the NFP tax status for the Foundation.
This may be part of point 2, but we are not certain.

-Are developers under the age of 18 able to sign the Copyright Agreement
form we had discussed, or do they need a legal guardian/ parent to
co-sign? What about foreign developers under the age of 18?
