Gentoo Foundation, Inc.'s federal tax ID is 80-0106803. My lawyer advises |

that you do not start using this tax id number until the incorporation |

paperwork comes back from Santa Fe. My lawyer requested that paperwork be |
| 6 |
expedited so he should receive it about about 7 days from today. At that |
| 7 |
point, it should be fine to do things such as open a bank account for that |
| 8 |
Foundation using that tax id number (most banks will want a copy of the |
| 9 |
articles of incorporation on file as well.) |
