logo or else we risk losing our ability to claim ownership over it. |

First, do we (the Gentoo foundation) actually own the Gentoo logo at this |

point or does Daniel still need to sign it over to us? |

Second, once the question of ownership comes up, this would be an excellent |

opportunity for some of the trustees who haven't really done much so far to |
| 10 |
help out. Perhaps one of them could volunteer to take ownership of this |

issue and see what needs to be done to protect our logo and other |

Intellectual Property? |
