1 I understand corey, I just want people to understand what they're asking for when it comes to rules that go with the c3...

3 How can that 2% thing be handled? We can't tell our users "oh well you can't donate because if you do, you'll cause us to lose our charitable status." I don't think that's fare to users to do that...Especially when I don't concidder gentoo a charity to start with. Freenode's nfp has to tell some of their contributers that now, and believe me, some of them react badly to being told that they can't donate.
