[gentoo-trustees] last minute meeting points

Hi all -
[Redacted] has mailed me some questions that [Redacted] needs to know the answers
to before the meeting on Friday. I can handle most of them, but there
are a couple that I am not sure about:

"Is the foundation currently incorporated, and if so, what is its
corporate structure?
If it's not incoporated, is there any particular state where most of the
members or trustees are located? Would people be adverse to doing it in
Delaware?"

I think that the answer is no, but I am not sure. I know that the
Foundation is registered in NM, but I do not know if it is incorporated.
As for Delaware, I am sure that [Redacted] will let us know about that during
the meeting.

"And regarding the copyright assignment, are you happy with your current
policy of only having some parties sign or are you looking for us to
make suggestions e.g. re: a clickwrap assignment or something along
those lines?"

What is the general consensus on this one?

Are we sure that we want to go the 501(c)(6) route, or would we like
[Redacted] to give us more information on some other NFP statuses?

Kurt, do you have some information on the conference call system at your
workplace? I will need to forward [Redacted] the phone number and password
(if applicable).
