First of all, just in case I forgot to mention this, I'm cool with a 501(c)
(6), keeping in mind that later we could spawn a 501(c)(3) subsidiary.   I'll 
send another note out tomorrow to remind everyone again that I'm not fighting 
against a 501(c)(3).   :P

As for the 2% donation limit, that can be handled..  I haven't heard of that 
rule yet, so I'll look into it.
