Hi Lance,

Thanks for looking into all of that.  I can confirm that Deedra is, in
fact, no longer on the board at all. She resigned very early this year.

As for elections, we're over due.

Some of the pending items: do we want to include in the general voting:
the actual *size* of the board.  I remember Grant had mentioned onlist
that the board could do with downsizing anyway to 5 or 7 members.  I
personally agree with that assessment.

Anyone else have anything to say about it?
