8 I agree with this proposal, with the addendum that membership should be
9 rerequested each year. It gives more work but keeps the membership list
10 clean over the years with people interested in the bureaucracy of dealing
11 with IP, funding requests and dealing with Social Contract complaints.

13 Personally I think that, without this reoccurring request, we'll soon have
14 discussions on development-matters and it'll be difficult to keep them out.
