13 I'm mostly agnostic about how we should file, since I'm far from an
14 expert (or even a novice!) on US tax laws. To address this
15 particular issue, though, it might be worth noting that the Python
16 Software Foundation "qualifies under the US Internal Revenue Code as a
17 tax-exempt 501(c)(3) scientific and educational public charity, and
18 conducts its business according to the rules for such organizations." I
19 think it's safe to say that Gentoo would be as legitimate as Python,
20 however legitimate that is.
