Here's the point: if you want to make unilateral changes to our agreement, |

then you should also allow me that ability. Or, in the interest of abiding |

by our existing agreement, choose to make no changes at all and we can |

proceed as planned. |

Like I said, I'm *am* open to considering the possibility of changes being |

made to the agreement. My question to you is this -- will you afford me the |

same opportunity? Or is this a one way street? If you expect me to abide by |

all my obligations while selectively abiding by yours, I'd like to suggest |

that this isn't particularly fair. |
