I've tried taking as much notes as possible, but most of the conversation
was explaining how things go at Gentoo (bugzilla, CVS, contributions, ...).
For clearities sake, I've left that out of the next text and just jumped to
the "hard facts" that interest us the most.

Yell if I've forgotten something.

I'll draft up a short summary of our current status for "general" public
(read: mail to gentoo-nfp and a gentoo.org newsitem). I do need the
following information though:

1. Do we already have a bank account (and what's the IBAN)?
2. What entity is the Gentoo Foundation currently? From what I gather we are
a "Domestic Nonprofit Organisation", nothing more, nothing less
3. Are we currently assigning stuff to the GF? For instance, do we currently
ask contributors to sign the current Copyright Assignment form but with
the GF as assignee? I know most ebuilds currently have the Gentoo
Foundation name in them...
4. Bylaws. Can we take bylaws from a similar organisation and use those in
very large extend to build our own? Or is that copyright infrigement?
