[gentoo-trustees] Intellectual Property, definition of "Gentoo Developer"

Hi all

What needs to be done before the Gentoo Foundation has ownership of the
Gentoo trademark and logo? We receive many e-mails asking the conditions for
the logo usage and such and as long as the Gentoo Foundation isn't the owner
we can't really reply to those enquiries.

I would also want to make our conditions [1] public (available on the
website and an announcement on gentoo.org) once we have ownership.

We also need to think about our definition of a "Gentoo Developer" as this
is needed later on for the elections of the new board. I would then put this
definition on our social contract page [2].

Other TODOs that are lingering in my head are:
- Will we already make a statement on how financial contributions will be
  spend or will we wait until we have financial means?
- Describe what the Gentoo Foundation can be contacted for and what not (as
  many will see it as a Corporate or Organisational Point of Contact)
- Draft up the election process
- Draft up the trustees responsibilities
