it is already established. As far as a 501(c)(6) is concerned, you are one |

the minute you qualify for one, the IRS filing is a formality. To begin |

with, we need $500 just to open the bank account. We have everything else we |

need for that already. Once the account is opened, we can create a paypal |

account and link it. It would be nice to start raising donations right now |

to have a comfort blanket (say if one of the servers craps out). |

I don't think charging for an exclusive product is a good idea. but that's my |
