5 it is already established. As far as a 501(c)(6) is concerned, you are one
6 the minute you qualify for one, the IRS filing is a formality. To begin
7 with, we need $500 just to open the bank account. We have everything else we
8 need for that already. Once the account is opened, we can create a paypal
9 account and link it. It would be nice to start raising donations right now
10 to have a comfort blanket (say if one of the servers craps out).

18 I don't think charging for an exclusive product is a good idea. but that's my
