Donnie lost his system[1], which sucks for us in terms of continued X support, |

a critical part of many Gentoo installations. |

After talking with Kingtaco, he agreed that (if the trustees agree), we loan |

Donnie the old board/cpu from Nemo (the pre-AMD donation nemo). This board |
| 8 |
has sat unused mainly because there is a badly burnt transistor on the board, |
| 9 |
but nemo was working fine when we took it down. The burn is close to the |
| 10 |
SATA and USB chipsets, neither were being used by Nemo. I think this was the |
| 11 |
factor that allowed it to work as it did. With this in mind it has no |
| 12 |
intended future use in production by the AMD64 or releng teams. |

There would be no cost to get this to Donnie, as he lives here in Corvallis. |

He can swing by my office and pick it up as soon as the Trustees agree on |
| 16 |
this (if it is agreeable). |
