So, with the upcoming elections, should we create a few 
responsability-specific positions?  I think a lot of things have slipped 
by and took longer to accomplish in this past year because of a lack of 
knowing "who" was responsible for what..

Second question would then be how to roll this into the election 
process?   Do people decide to "run" for a specific position, and 
whether they either make that or don't make the Board at all?  Should 
some positions be limited to those who have already served as a trustee?

Some possible positions:

President/Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer

(yeah, those are obvious, but I think they may be necessary..  Comments?)
