Hi Grant,
I haven't looked at the current draft you're working on, but I think
it would be cool to add some text saying, in effect, that all hardware
the Foundation currently operates belongs to the foundation, and any
hardware on my end is my property. I think it would be good to have
this language in the contract to close the possibility for any
potential future disputes over hardware that someone might forget to
add to the list. And that way Deedra can have some additional peace of
mind.
