The first four pages need to be faxed to netbank (678-942-7900), attn |

NetBank Small Business Services. (I no longer have access to a fax |

machine, I'm afraid, and setting up hylafax seems to be beyond me at the |

moment.) Would somebody send off those forms for me, please? |

The remaining two pages need additional signatures. The previous pages |

actually set up the account, while these pages provide access to the |

funds. Assuming that we're still planning to abuse Kurt's wife with |

respect to accounting, then Kurt clearly needs to provide one of those |

signatures. I'll leave it up to the rest of you as to whether or not we |

need additional signatures. (Incidentally, I've just attached the docs |
