fbpanel é para ser usado com WM mais leves, para quem tem saco para 
mecher na unha., etc.

sem desmerecer o KDE, é um ótimo WM, mas o WM mais leves (openbox, fvwm, 
fluxbox) podem necessitar de um painel.

ai eu escolhi o fbpanel, ta, tem q mecher na mão os itens, mas eu não 
vou morrer por isso =].

ah, as cores vc não precisa configurar na mão Marcos, ele tem um 
configurador da cor, transparencia, posição, etc.

simplesmente, quem gosta usa :).
