Ahhh, das Problem kommt mir bekannt vor. ;)
Ich konnte nach einem DBus Update HWInfo auch nicht mehr kompilieren.
Schau mal unter http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=157256
Dort findest du ein ebuild hwinfo-13.11 und einen Patch dazu.
Einfach die beiden in dein lokales Overlay reinpacken und dann hwinfo updaten. 
Dann klappt es auch wieder mit revdep-rebuild. :)
