no son muy complicadas:
To install this ebuild notice reader and its accessory files, run the script
install.sh. This will make the required minimum modifications to
/etc/make.conf, install the enotice python script in /usr/local/sbin, the
enclosed profile.bashrc in /etc/portage/profile, and the man page in
/usr/local/share/man/man1.
Please read the man page for additional details on configuring and using
enotice.
