I'm happy to announce that the dev-php/ portage directory is 
now live.

dev-php/php     is a shell interpreter.
dev-php/mod_php is the module for apache.
dev-php/PEAR-*  PEAR modules

The old dev-lang/php is now obsolete and is now dev-php/mod_php

If anyone finds any bugs, please assign them to me:
