8800 GTS. Both are picked up by lspci (output listed at the end of the |

message). When I start X, I get errors saying that it can't initialize |

the second card so SLi will be disabled. 3D rendering does work however |

as I am able to run some 3d games and also run Beryl (even though I hate |

it and went back with fluxbox). I know my mobo is compatible with both |

the cards because 1) they (the GPUs) both work under WinDoze and 2) I |
9 |
had SLi enabled under Debian before I replaced it with Gentoo. I'm using |
10 |
the exact same proprietary drivers as I was using under Debain, and am |
11 |
using the same kernel config with the help of make oldconfig (I was |
12 |
using a custom compiled kernel under Debian as well). I'm attaching my |
13 |
/etc/X11/xorg.conf, /var/log/messages and /var/log/Xorg.0.log my |
14 |
message. Thank in advance, this is really bugging me and I may just be |
15 |
overlooking something simple. |
