4 I had the same issue. Solution is simple: update your virtualbox up to
5 the latest (unstable) one or downgrade your kernel to 3.16.x. If you
6 search over Internet you'll find that a lot of people face the same
7 issue with 3.17.x kernel and not only for virtualbox, but also for
8 nvidia drivers. Looks like some sort of broken compatibility without
9 warnings.
