7 You don't need to. Just use -N (--newuse) after changing USE flags, i.e.
8 "emerge -DNuvp world" will show you which packages would be recompiled,
9 along with their USE flags. If a USE flag change affected some of the
10 packages you would see an asterisk ("*") next to the flag.
