23 Hmmm agree with the grub2 thing. Seems overly complicated just to get
24 an OS running. But maybe there are good reasons for it. I'm no expert
25 understanding boot loaders though.

27 UEFI apps sounds interesting. I'll have a look into it. But I dual boot
28 with Windows so maybe forced to use grub2 or such like.
