10 Download both the patch & the ebuild attachments from that bug, create
11 a directory /usr/portage/app-text/pdftk and put them both in there.
12 Run `ebuild /usr/portage/app-text/pdftk/pdftk-1.41-r2.ebuild manifest`
13 and then you should be able to emerge the new version. You might need
14 to unmask it manually in /etc/portage/package.keywords, I'm not sure
15 if that's necessary.
