Hi, |
2 |
|
3 |
I updated a bit ago, it updated a few packages and while I was sitting |
4 |
here I thought I would run --depclean and see if anything needed |
5 |
cleaning. I got this list of packages: |
6 |
|
7 |
>>> These are the packages that would be unmerged: |
8 |
|
9 |
media-fonts/corefonts |
10 |
selected: 1-r4 |
11 |

12 |
omitted: none |
13 |
|
14 |
app-misc/hal-cups-utils |
15 |
selected: 0.6.19 |
16 |
protected: none |
17 |
omitted: none |
18 |
|
19 |
app-arch/cabextract |
20 |
selected: 1.2-r1 |
21 |
protected: none |
22 |
omitted: none |
23 |
|
24 |
>>> 'Selected' packages are slated for removal. |
25 |
>>> 'Protected' and 'omitted' packages will not be removed. |
26 |
|

The corefonts is sort of odd. I thought that was a system package, or |
36 |
at least it was. Is this correct? I don't want to remove this unless |
37 |
something else has replaced it or something. Anybody else removed this |
38 |
with no ill effects? |
39 |
|
40 |
Thanks. |
