Yep. This appears to be a reoccurring issue. There are several bug reports |

about it at different versions of nvidia-drivers. There's some talk of putting |

the nvidia-settings binary back in the nvidia-drivers package, but apparently |

nothing's happened on that front. I said the heck with it and ran: |
